He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Turner and Annie Ruth Griffin Turner; his son Jeffrey Lloyd Turner; his stepmother Anne Denton Turner; his grandson Jason Aaron Turner; and his great-nephew Foster Turner.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Cleckley Turner; his son Jason Turner; his grandchildren, Olivia Ruth Turner, Jacob Turner and Karis Turner; his daughter-in-law Renee'Womble Turner Ruger; his brother Larry Turner (Martha); and his sister-in-law Brenda Cleckley Widner (Ronald). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM and on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the K. L. Brown Memory Chapel in Golden Springs (620 Golden Springs Rd, Anniston, AL 36207). A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mt. Pisgah-Zion Ridge Cemetery (2930 County Rd 49, Clanton, AL 35045).
