She was predeceased by: her former husband Larry Waldrop; and her son Michael Waldrop. She is survived by: her daughter Tara McLain; her grandchildren, Leah McLain and Baylynn McLain; her fiancé Ricki Scales; her sister Betty Stephenson of Anniston; and her siblings-in-law, Joyce Whitten and Greg Waldrop. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended loving family and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bessemer Brown Service Funeral Home (1300 4th Ave N, Bessemer, AL 35020). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
