He is survived by: his wife Linda Turner; his grandchildren, Sutton Turner and Leighton Turner; his daughter-in-law Berit Turner; his brother James Earl'Butch'Turner; his son Stephen Cain; his nieces and nephews, Adam Harper, Reagan Slick (Jason), Tona Parrish (Jacob), Steven Turner (Billie Jean), Keith Turner (Dori), Kelly Hogan and Jeremy Turner; and his sister-in-law Debbie Harper.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Mission Fund at Golden Springs Baptist Church in Sam's honor.
