It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Samuel Allen Strickland of Anniston, Alabama, who passed away on January 15, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Perry David Strickland Sr. and Anne Bishop Strickland; and his nephew Eric Strickland. He is survived by : his siblings, Glenda Cargile of Birchwood, TN, Debra Jones of Ringgold, GA, David Strickland of Chickamauga, GA and Simon Strickland of Rock Spring, GA; and his stepdaughter Wendy Craft.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
