He is survived by: his son Mike Burford; his grandchildren, John Woodham (Darlene), Todd Burford (Caroline), Mandy Johnson (Alan) and Will Burford (Anna); his great grandchildren, J. D. Woodham IV, Ava, Ali, Thompson Burford, Jett, Ryleigh Burford, Elleigh and Max Johnson; and his brother Warnie Burford.
