He was predeceased by: his father Donald Lee Avery. He is survived by: his mother Betty Avery; his siblings, Sharon Avery, Gary Avery (Karen), Don Avery and Michael Avery (Amy); and his nieces and nephews, Chris Savage, Kelsey Fincher, Eric Kress, Derek Dowdle, Stephen Lowe and Jared Owens.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dryden Funeral Home (1467 Almon St, Heflin, AL 36264).
