She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Noel Parker and Cloia Jewel Pitman Parker; and her husband Wayne Isbell. She is survived by: her children, Chris Wayne Isbell (Judy Baker) and Stacey Carol Cobb (Michael); her brother Jerry Noel Parker (Sharon); her grandchildren, Karson Rhea Morrow and Brayden Alex Morrow; and her great grandchildren, Grayson Wayne Morrow and Hollyn Saige Morrow.
