He was predeceased by: his father Bill Greever (Werner Von Braun); his wife Barbara Wittenhagen; his mother Elizabeth Greever; and his siblings, Kitty Durham and David Spencer.
He is survived by: his son Philip Spencer; his stepdaughter Tammy Chapman; his brother Billy Greever; his grandchildren, Erath, Myra and Paloma Spencer; and his stepgrandchildren, Christopher Chapman and Tina-Hardin. He is also survived by 7 step-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel (1340 N Main St, Arab, AL 35016). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
