He was predeceased by: his parents, Seldon Dreitzler and Irma Poser Dreitzler; his wife Shirley Lucille Wilburn Dreitzler; his son Randall Eugene Hooper; and his sister Faye Dreitzler.
He is survived by: his grandson Ryan Beaverson (Sara); and his great grandchildren, Andrew Beaverson, Jackson Beaverson and Sarah Kate Beaverson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel (1340 N Main St, Arab, AL 35016). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
