He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Irby Lee and Ludie Mead Elrod; his wife Judy Berry Elrod; his son Russell (Andrea); his granddaughters, Hensley and Aubrey; his brother Bob (Patricia); his sister-in-law Carol Berry Cole; and his son Chris. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
