He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James Capshaw (Bud), Arthur Kenneth Rockefeller (Rocky) and Suiko Rockefeller; and his sister Lori Tompkins. He is survived by: his mother Debbie Marie Rockefeller (Mark); his wife Britani Capshaw; his children, Kaelie Capshaw, Kooper Capshaw and Mollie Capshaw; his father Ronnie Capshaw (Janice); his grandmother Chris Capshaw; and his siblings, Gina Horton (Greg), Sarah Burnett (Quinn Moon), Joe Burnett, Melissa Green and Amy Stutzenberger. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
