With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jane Lula Hill of Arab, Alabama, who passed away on October 6, 2025 at the age of 78. Though Jane may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jane touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Duke and Evelyn Duke; and her husband Lavoyte Hughes Hill. She is survived by: her son David Hill. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of family and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Welcome Baptist Cemetery.
