He is survived by: his mother Edith Mae Owns Leak; his children, Joe David Leak (Ceila), Buddy W. Blakely (Karon) and Tammy A. Cruz; his siblings, Regina Johnson (Ricky) and Phillip Ricky Leak; and his daughter-in-law Amanda Harvell Leak. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel (1340 N Main St, Arab, AL 35016). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
