Linda Sue Hyatt Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on January 7, 2026, at the age of 76, Linda Sue Hyatt (Arab, Alabama) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Barbee and Ophelia Lebraska Smith Barbee; her husband Douglas Hyatt; her daughter Sarah Jeffreys; her brothers, Charles Barbee, William Barbee and Dewey Barbee; her great grandchild Phalon L. Russ; and her pet Rocky.
She is survived by: her children, Charles D. Hyatt (Melissa), Tracey Lemmond and Tonya Bottomlee (David); and her siblings, Jerry Barebee (Nell), Terry Barbee (Karen), Faye Hyatt and Marylou Plemons. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and twenty-one great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Shepherd's Cove Hospice.
