She was predeceased by : her parents, Authur Cooley and Nora Alexander Cooley; her husband Bobby King; and her siblings, Curtis, Hershel, Bill, Robert, Marie and Margaret.

She is survived by : her sons, Steve King, Mike King (Patsy) and Jeff King (Angie); her grandchildren, Jim, Jon, Jared and Shannon; her great grandchildren, Ridge and Abigail; and her caregivers, David Coker, Betty Pope, Candy and Shannon.

In lieu of flowers the family encourages donations to Shoal Creek Baptist Church.
