He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Ray Hulsey and Bonnie Fay Black Hulsey; his wife Patricia Kay Busbey Hulsey; his brothers-in-law, Galen Busbey (Judy) and John Busbey (Holly); his niece Michelle Hicks (Anthony); and his nephew Mike Busbey (Sheena). He was also cherished by three great nieces; one great nephew; two great great nieces and two great great nephews.
