He is survived by: his parents, Jim Garner and Carol Garner; his sister Melissa Black (Chris); his nieces, Jessica Oden (Heath) and Jennifer Bennefield (Kyle); his great-nieces, Lexi and Ellie Oden; his brother-in-law Tommy McAuliffe; and his nephew William Prescott Garner.
