He is survived by: his wife Christine Mitchell; his children, Ricky Johnson (Wanda), Tommy Johnson (Sherry), Donald Ray Johnson (Christine), Davin Mitchell, Christopher Mitchell (Angela), Christie Howard and Penny Massingill (David); and his siblings, Gordon Mitchell (Jan), David Mitchell (Peggy), Joe Mitchell (Penny), Emmie Lane, Cindy "Polly" Hasting, Rosemary Poole (Jerry) and Dorothy Musaenski (Matt). He is also survived by many grandchildren as well as great grandchildren.
