He is survived by : his wife Deborah Butler; his children, Allen Butler (Sarah), Adam Butler, Amy Lay (Chris) and April Crumbly (Thomas); and his siblings, Dodie Butler (Janie) and Barbara Palmer (Darrel). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
