She was predeceased by : her parents, John Alton Whitt and Jewell Ferguson Whitt Carper; her husband Gayland Hargrave; and her brother Tommy Whitt. She is survived by : her children, Terry Shannon (Rick) of Ardmore, Tennessee and Michael Hargrave (Verona) of Toney, Alabama; her grandsons, Adam Shannon (Dru) and Zachary Atchley; her great grandchild Emma Kate Shannon; and her niece Sindy Whitt Ingram of Huntsville, Alabama..
