He is survived by: his mother Sarah Willingham Whitt; his sons, Joe Kenneth Whitt, III (Karen) and Dylan Taylor Whitt; his siblings, Jamie Steven Whitt and Julie Whitt Schumacher (Daniel); and his grandson Samuel Whitt. He is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews, his father and grandparents.
