He is survived by: his wife Delisa Jean Adams of Ardmore, AL; his children, Mary Adams (Gretchen) of Chapel Hill, TN and Jacob Adams of Lewisburg, TN; his sister Angela Brown of Shelbyville, TN; and his stepfather Wayne Boldin of Ardmore, AL. He is also survived by three step-children; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
