We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Norma Jean Hocking of Ardmore, Alabama, born in Maynard, Arkansas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Normal Otto Sullivan and Mary Elizabeth Cain Sullivan; her sister Martha Elizabeth; her husbands, Glen Martin and Tommie Hocking; her daughter Betty Blevins; her grandson Curtis Blevins; her great grandchildren, Kaylee and Gracie; her sons-in-law, Curt Blevins and Milton Tidwell; and her brother-in-law Ralph Hill.

She is survived by : her children, Glenda Pryor (Michael) of Ardmore, AL, Patricia Barnes (Keith) of Salem, KY, Tommie Sue Tidwell of Ardmore, AL, Paul Martin (Connie) of Double Springs, AL, Daniel Hocking (Norris) of Haleyville, AL, David Hocking (Tina) of Lawton, OK, Sandra Ruiz of Arkansas and Jodie Hocking (Julie) of Maynard, AR.; and her siblings, Jerry Sullivan (Shirley) and Erma Hill of Pocahontas, AR.. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 44 great grandchildren and 13 great-great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Rock Creek Cemetery (54 Co Rd 6, Double Springs, AL 35553).
