She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Walter Summers and Annie Sue Tipton Summers; her siblings, Curtis Summers, Wanda Barron, Margaret Rolin and Nancy Dodd; and her grandson Michael Swanner.
She is survived by: her husband Mac Lewis; her daughters, Jennifer Lewis, Janet Swanner (Joseph) and Janna Lewis (Sean); her sisters, Joyce Tipton and Sara Campbell; her grandchildren, Haley Woodard (John), Brianna Swanner, Nicholas Swanner, Tyler Swanner, Ashley Swanner and Matthew Lewis (Mackina); and her great grandchildren, Chevy Woodard, Annie Woodard and Brinley Sanders.
