He is survived by: his wife Betty Edmonds of Ariton; his son Lynn Edmonds (Belinda) of Ariton; his stepsister Barbara Slaughter of Tallahassee, Florida; his brothers, Mel Edmonds of Brookhaven, E. C. Edmonds of Brookhaven, Jack Beasley (Linda) of Savannah and Larry Beasley of Tamps, Florida.; and his granddaughter Kristen Hughes.
