She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Thomas Coulter and Hilda Lavada Huckaby Coulter; her sister Norma Jean Coulter; and her pet Gretchen. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Fulgham; her children, Judy Rice (Dennis), Beth Singletary (Jason) and Jay Fulgham; her grandchildren, Brandy Wynn (Brian), Brad Rice (Tamika), Austin Tyler (Kendall), Trey Fulgham, Coulter Fulgham (Kayla), Stihl Rodebaugh and Liz Rodebaugh; her great grandchildren, Shaid Tyler, Annabelle Wynn, Abby Rice and Matson Wynn; her sister Ruth Bentley (Mike); and her caregivers, Berlinda Scott and Mary Lightner. She is also survived by three sisters-in-law, several nieces and nephews.
