He is survived by: his wife Maxine Adkinson Hughes; his sons, Billy O'Neal Hughes (Christi) and Christopher John Hughes (Jacqueline); his brothers, Howard Hughes (Janet) and Garrett Hughes; his grandchildren, Cheyenne Hughes Brownfield (Tyler), Mason Hughes and Chase Hughes; and his great grandchildren, Asher Brownfield, Isla Brownfield and Elaina Brownfield.
