Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Tommie leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Ragsdale and Ethel Ragsdale; her husband Dempsey Cleghorn; and her grandson Dylan Cleghorn. She is survived by: her children, Steve Cleghorn, Darlene Campbell (Rocky), Darren Cleghorn, Jay Cleghorn (Kim) and Kay Chin (Kirk); and her siblings, Jerry Ragsdale (Joyce), Bonnie Cleghorn and Judy Golden. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Nichols Funeral Home - Addison (32657 US-278, Addison, AL 35540). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Arley Congregational Christian Church (9830 Co Rd 41, Arley, AL 35541).
