With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Vivian Evans of Arley, Alabama, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Vivian left this world on June 17, 2025 at the age of 101, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his wife Annis; his parents, Chris Evans and Vassie Evans; and his grandson Christopher Evans. He is survived by: his children, Michael Evans and Rebecca McCay (Steven); and his grandchildren, Jennifer Green (Jared), Andrew McCay (Kristen), Amy Praytor (Michael), Bethany Jordan (Jonathan) and Juliana Horsley (Tim). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Collins-Burke Funeral Home (303 Oak Hill Rd, Jasper, AL 35504). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
