He is survived by: his wife Tammy Matthews; his sons, Scotty Matthews (Jennifer) and Dennie Matthews (Morgan); his grandchildren, Chloe and Noah; his brothers, Dennie Matthews (Kizzie) and Kennith Matthews (Debbie); and his mother-in-law Mary Sue Yohn.
