He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Heflin Horn and Mae Cox Horn; his wife Betty J. Wesley Horn; and his brothers, Lowell S. Horn and Ray H Horn.
He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda Brown of Ashland, Susan Williamson of Helena, AL, Edie Geloneck of Ashland and Ellie Horn of Ashland; and his grandchildren, Jacob Williamson, Rebecca Williamson, Braxton Geloneck and Cora Geloneck.
