He was predeceased by: his parents, James Garfield Hembree and Eva Nell Gardner Hembree; and his siblings, Doug Hembree, Katherine Hembree and Shirley Hembree Garner.
He is survived by: his wife Bernice Boatright-Hembree; his sons, Steven Glynn Hembree, Bryan Earl Hembree and Bruce Quinton Hembree (Janet); his grandchildren, Madison Hembree-East (Mitchell) and Jared Quinton Hembree; and his great grandchild Maverick James East.
