He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanette Carroll; and his parents, Lewis Carroll and Annie Carroll. He is survived by: his children, Brooke Spurlin (Jason), Donna Barrett (Randy), Dawn Carroll and Jason Carroll; and his grandchildren, Drake Spurlin, Hannah Spurlin, Canaan Spurlin, Kaitlin Barrett, Jake Barrett, Destyni Bailey, Luke Carroll, Jacob Boos and Rachel Carroll. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and lots of extended family.
