She was predeceased by: her husband Calvin Whitley; her parents, Clara Bob Phillips and Harvie B. Phillips; her brother Robert Oneal Phillips; and her niece Nevah Leigh Waldrop.
She is survived by: her children, Tony Whitley (Stefanie) of Wedowee and Miracle Vickers (David) of Alexander City; her grandchildren, Creek, Wyatt Whitley, Andrew and Luke Vickers; and her siblings, Jemima Forman (Danny) of Ashland and Harvey Phillips (Charlotte) of Ashland. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mt. Carmel Christian Church. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
