She was predeceased by: her husband James Melvin Kennedy; her parents, William Wheeles and Mary Wheeles; and her siblings, Angie Wheeles Denney, Ida Wheeles Randall, Mamie Wheeles Kennedy, Glenda Wheeles Amason, John Wheeles and Mike Wheeles.
She is survived by: her children, Wanda Collins (Roy) of Hanceville, AL, Kim Moss (Scott) of Lacey's Spring, AL and Tim Kennedy (Delores) of Acworth, GA; and her great grandchildren, Reese, Whitt Waters, Elliot Fletcher and Chloe Kennedy.
Flowers will be accepted or donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Susan G Komen.org for Breast cancer research, St. Jude Cancer Research Hospital, or to the First Baptist Church building fund, P.O.
