She is survived by: her children, Jodie Duncan of Ashland and Cody Duncan of Ashland; her grandchildren, Adriana Moore of Auburn and Kyrie Hardy of Ashland; and her siblings, Mindy Moore (Michael) of Ashland and Mark Cooper (Anna) of Rockmart, GA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a large extended family.
