She is survived by: her children, Wanda Roberson (Jasper Donald) of Ashland and Johnny M. Forman of Ashland; and her siblings, Elsie Killingsworth (Johnny) of Ashland and Shirrell Hendon (Jeanette) of Ashland. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; plus a large extended family and many loving friends.
