She was predeceased by: her husbands, Joe Jester and Marvin Whited; her son Craig Jester; and her siblings, Charlsee Minton and Johnny Merchant.

She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Kay; her granddaughter Regina E. (Justin); her great grandchild Alexis W; and her sister Freda Galbreath. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
