He is survived by: his father Paul Moon; his wife Beth Moon; his mother Patricia Linley Moon; and his siblings, Josh Moon (Stef), Joey Moon (Tera) and Ellie Moon. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor Adam's love of animals and make donations to the Athens-Limestone Animal Shelter.
