He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Seay and Helen Morris Seay; his siblings, Clarence Seay and Juanita Lipscomb; and his brother-in-law Robert Lipscomb.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Seay; and his daughter Chae Jones (Michael).
