He is survived by: his wife Shirley Hinkle; his daughter Pam Hinkle Perry (Roy); his grandchildren, Kevin Borman (Brooke), Jacob Borman, Savanna Oberlies, Trey Worley (Andrea) and McKenzie Worley; his great grandchildren, Alannah, Greyson, Camille, Zachary, Zaylen and Dean; and his siblings, Ruby Hall, Dwight Hinkle and James Hinkle.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 12:45 PM at the Limestone Chapel Funeral Home (322 US-31, Athens, AL 35611). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
