He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy Clem and Lila Hardy Clem; his wife Patricia Ann Clem; his sons, Randy Clem and Andy Clem; and his siblings, D. W. Clem, Bobby (Mollie), Buddy, Buel (Catherine), Louise Aycock (Junior), Margaret Malone and Martha Nell Hodges (Will David).
He is survived by: his children, Regina Lynn Coffman (Ronnie), Renea Clem, Randi-Lee Brann (Joshua) and Russell Dwayne Clem (Julie); his grandchildren, Joshua Coffman (Erin), Christopher Coffman (Amy), Jenna Haggenmaker (Tyler), Jessica Brazeal (Dylan), Hannah Pylant (Tyler), Dakota Clem (Cheyenne), Makayla Moreland (Steven) and Hunter Clem; his great grandchildren, Emily, Logan, Connor, Everleigh, Ella, Cooper, Presley, Carter, Cayde, Elliott, Coy and Freya; his nieces, Linda Carol Dickson and Gwendolyn Williams; his close friends, Roger and Cindy McCurry; and his grandchildren, Haley, Clint, Amelia, Daniel and Evie. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
