He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Nelson Baine and Buel Woodall Baine. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Baine; his children, Debbie Tuck (Chuck) of Elkmont, Sandra Whitfield (Danny) of Athens, Barbara Parnell (Greg) of Athens and David Baine (Cindy) of Athens; and his sister Sara Jean Garner of Tuscumbia. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the Limestone Veterans Museum.
