She is survived by: her husband Jimmie Higginbotham; her children, Gina Pierce (Cliff) of Athens, John Higginbotham (Melinda) of Athens and David Higginbotham (Anna) of Decatur; her grandchildren, Noah Higginbotham, Cole Pierce (Sam), Kate Harris (Drew), Hayden Pierce, Kacen Pierce, Bree Higginbotham, Tess Higginbotham, Linley Higginbotham and Banks Higginbotham; her sister Carol Crouch; and her brother-in-law Tim Higginbotham (Patricia). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
