He is survived by : his wife Leigh Smoak; his children, Michael Smoak, Jacob Miller, Monica Smoak Miller, Mary Katherine Smoak Spencer (James) and Patrick Smoak (Sarah); his grandchildren, Vaughn, Gabriel, Kilian, Elaina and Madyson; and his siblings, William Smoak, Tony Smoak, Joyce Rhode and John Smoak. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
