He is survived by : his children, Billy Miller (Marian), Spence Miller (Teresa), Kimberly Blackwood (John) and Mandi Miller; his siblings, Wayne Miller (Karen) and Wanda Butler (Danny); and his friends, Christie and Curtis Winders. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
