He is survived by: his wife Donna Gentry Warren; his parents, Jeanell Van-Pelt and Charles Warren (Gayla); his brothers, Mike Warren (Misty), Jeff Warren (Beth) and Patrick Warren (Kristen); his siblings-in-law, Diane Beck, Roger Gentry (Kathy), Randell Gentry (Jan) and Ricky Gentry (Michelle); and his nieces and nephews, Brian Gentry, Melissa Ferrer, Adam Gentry, Audra Engle, Kendall Beck, Kody Beck, Ryan Gentry, Elizabeth Packard, Victoria Holmes, Carter Warren and Cullen Warren. He is also survived by 12 great-nieces and nephews.
