We are sad to announce that on December 12, 2025, at the age of 74, Donnie Lee Martin of Athens, Alabama passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Donnie Lee Martin to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Martin and Nannie Beatrice Mitchell Martin (BB); and his siblings, JW, Howard, Barry, Billy, Bobby, David, Kenneth, Charles and Ruby Brooks.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Martin; his children, Timmy Martin (Nina), Dana Craig (Jay) and Hope Young (Bradley); his sister Peggy Magnesson; and his grandchildren, Kirsten, Ethan, Copelyn, Peyton and Paisley.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home (27186 Main St, Ardmore, AL 35739). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to the Cancer Society of Huntsville, Alabama.
