He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred R. Raney and Margaret Parsons Raney. He is survived by : his wife Nancy Coffman Raney; his children, Doug B. Raney (Debbie Williams), Sally Raney McNeal (Terry) and David Boyd Raney (Regina); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Lenora Hughes, Shiana Day George, Richard Alexander McNeal (Haley Hine McNeal), Allison Michele Raney, Cameron Terry McNeal and Ashley Sarah Raney; his great grandchildren, Jackson George, Elijah Gordon Hughes, Cash George, Amelia Ray Hughes and Richard Elliot McNeal; and his siblings, Joanna Davis and Travis Raney (Pauline). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
