She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Edward Shelton and Ruth Barker Shelton. She is survived by: her husband Donald Norton; her daughters, Donna Black, Angela Norton and Mandi Ann Norton; her sister Helen Ruth Duncan; and her grandchildren, Hunter Davis, Austin Davis, Haley Smith, Britney Black and Justin Black. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
